Participation in the Summer School may involve photo and video recordings for documentation, communication, educational, and promotional purposes. To ensure compliance with data protection regulations, all participants are asked to complete the consent form provided below.

What you need to do:

• Download the Privacy Statement provided in this assignment.

• Read the information carefully.

• Complete all required fields.

• If you consent, tick the box.

• Sign and date the form.

• Upload the completed and signed document using "Add submission".

Important:

• Providing consent is voluntary and participation in the Summer School is not conditional upon granting consent.

• You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect.

• Please note that images and videos published online may be accessible worldwide and complete removal from the internet cannot always be guaranteed.
